In the run-up to the 2018 Spring Festival, Yang Liuyang, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union of Pudacuo Tourism Branch, and his delegation from the Trade Union visited the families of employees in difficulty and retired staff on February 10 and 11 to offer condolences and gifts, as well as consolation money. They also extended New Year greetings and festive wishes to the employees in difficulty and retired staff on behalf of the company's leadership team and all employees.

　　On February 10, while visiting Ao Shaohe, an employee suffering from illness, Chairman Yang Liuyang patiently listened to the employee's concerns during the conversation, inquired about his daily life, physical condition, treatment, and any practical difficulties he might be facing. He also handed over the company employees' donations and the Yunnan National Culture and Tourism Industry Co., Ltd.'s consolation money for employees in difficulty to the sick employee. He encouraged him to adjust his mindset, actively cooperate with the treatment, and return to work as soon as possible after overcoming the illness. Feeling the warmth of the Pudacuo family, Ao Shaohe also expressed his gratitude to the company leaders and employees, and firmly believed that sunshine always comes after the storm, and as long as he is not afraid of difficulties and invigorates his spirit, the difficulties will eventually pass.

　　On February 11, the delegation also visited Wang Zhiping and Wu Kun, two retired employees. At each visit, Chairman Yang Liuyang had cordial conversations with the retired employees and their families, learning in detail about their lives after retirement and the difficulties they faced. He thanked them on behalf of the company for their contributions to the company's development and shared with them the company's future development and vision. He listened carefully to the retired employees' opinions and suggestions for the next step of Pudacuo's development. At the same time, he also hoped that the retired employees would continue to care about and pay attention to the development of Pudacuo while enjoying their retirement life and sharing the joy of family, and offer suggestions for the future of Pudacuo.
